Posts Worth Sharing

December 6, 2006

There is a small village in Botswana in Africa that is called Nata Village. Two nurses in the village keep a blog. On this blog they left a post about a family in Zoroga. Their rondavel (house) burnt down, now they have nothing except the clothes on their back. The fire was a cooking fire. The fire caught some stored grass for roofing and destroyed the whole house along with all its contents. They ask for people to send furniture for thier home.

Another post worth sharing is, organ transplants. in the states there are more than           53 000 people waiting for an organ transplant. There are approximately 20,000 organ transplants performed each year in the United States. It costs somewhere around $120 000 for an organ transplant. You can find this at second opinion.
